Monoprints with Overhead Plastic




This is an easy, inexpensive, and fun way to do printmaking in your classroom!

Materials: overhead plastic sheets, tape, brayers, ink, bench hooks, paper, felt, Q-tips, cardboard, forks, etc.

1.) Tape the plastic overhead sheet to a table.


2.) Ink the plastic with a brayer. 


3.) Use materials like q-tips, felt, tissues, clay tools, forks, etc. to draw on the plastic.







 4.) Lay the paper on the plastic and press the back with your hands, a clean brayer, or a baren.
